These cucumber cream cheese rounds are completely gluten free and are a great source of protein. Ingredients

  • 3 Cucumbers Sliced

  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Goat Cheese

  • Everything but Bagel Seasoning

Preparation

Step 1


Slice each cucumber in approximately 1/4 inch rounds



Step 2


Whip the cheese together until smooth.



Step 3


Top each slice with small amount of cheese mixture



Step 4

Sprinkle seasoning to taste



* Store extra cheese mixture in an air-tight container.
